Well done to the 3 CSH members who competed in the Omagh Half Marathon on 31st Mar. Congratulations to Riita Kansanniva who was 1st in the O50 category in a time of 1hr33min39sec followed by Susan Waterstone who was 2nd in the same category in a time of 1hr34min41sec. Well done also to Paul Carolan who is marathon training at the moment and completed the race in 1hr28min5sec.

Civil Service Harriers Athletic Club is a running club based in the Phoenix Park in Dublin and was officially founded in 1867, making it Ireland’s oldest athletic club. However, these days you don’t have to be a Civil Servant to join the club. The club is comprised of runners of all levels and abilities who meet and run in the Phoenix Park.
