Round up of races from last week and good luck in the Frank Duffy 10mile next Saturday

It has been a busy week of races with CSH members participating in races (road and track) in Dublin, Kildare, Louth, Mayo and Kerry.

Congratulations to Dave Sweeney who was 1st in a 10k event in Mayo last Saturday, congrats also to Lisa Murphy who was 2nd lady in the same race. Congrats to Tom Turner who was 3rd in his category in the Celbridge 5k on Sunday. Well done also to Dermot and Terry who competed in Duleek and to Margo who raced in Tralee – both events also on last Sunday. Earlier in the week we had CSH members Margaret, Fiona, Marie, Tom and Brian put their mile training into good use at the BHAA mile track race in Irishtown – well done to all.

Good luck to all racing in the Frank Duffy 10mile race on Saturday – you will have plenty of support on the course.
