Congratulations to Siobhan Carroll who was 1st lady home in the Arc 10k in the Phoenix Park last Monday. Siobhan finished in a very impressive 11th place overall in the race. Well done.

Civil Service Harriers Athletic Club is a running club based in the Phoenix Park in Dublin and was officially founded in 1867, making it Ireland’s oldest athletic club. However, these days you don’t have to be a Civil Servant to join the club. The club is comprised of runners of all levels and abilities who meet and run in the Phoenix Park.
