News round-up from BHAA and National Masters Indoors

We have had great success for CSH members at recent events.

Congratulations to Paul Cowhie who was 2nd in V3 category for the 3000m at the National Masters Indoor Championships in Athlone on 10th Feb – well done.

Well done also to all the CSH members who ran in the BHAA Garda XC race on Saturday. First man home was Paul Cowhie, followed by Seamus O’Sullivan and Dave Hipwell. First lady home was Angie McElligot, followed by Lauryn Evans and Lisa Murphy. There were plenty of prizes for individuals and teams – full results are in the results section of the club website.
